About Us

Meagan Bennett has been involved in the horse industry her whole life. A North Carolina native, she grew up on her parents' farm, which she eventually took over and ran successfully for 15 years. Meagan then spent a year in Europe riding, competing, and developing valuable relationships with European contacts  to help find imports. She has since relocated to Wellington, re-establishing Chapel Ridge Farm as a boutique training and sales business. Meagan has coached riders of all levels, from the short stirrup ring all the way up to grand prixs. She has also taken students to indoors and equitation finals. Meagan herself has also competed at the grand prix level. Meagan also continues to produce young horses, whether they turn out to be international derby horses, high level jumpers or anything in between. Meagan's passions truly lie within riding and teaching. Her training philosophy centers around positivity and consistency. While creating a positive, uplifting environment, Meagan helps riders become consistent and teaches them to have a solid foundation of basics that they are able to utilize at the higher levels. Meagan also has excellent contacts in Europe and is always happy to assist in finding your next partner or investment horse. Meagan offers everything from training, to consignment/sales, and imports.
